Just $10 per person for members and $20 per person for non members.

Pilates with Emma
Emma started her professional career in training and management for leading UK financial institutions.  In 2004, along with her young family she embarked on an international adventure living and working in the Middle East, Europe and Australia.  During this time, she developed her passion for fitness and rehabilitation, training with internationally renowned Polestar Education to become a certified Mat and Studio Practitioner offering tailored solutions to a growing community.  She continues to develop her passion for the method which restores posture and balance within the body.  Sharing her experience with others to provide the amazing benefits of Pilates and take this knowledge into everyday life and love the way your body feels.

Yoga with Tanya
Tanya’s has been teaching Yoga for over 3 years and has been enjoying the benefits that come from the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga. In mid-2015 Tanya completed her 250h Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Training with Gheranda Samhita Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, created and accredited by world renowned organisation Yoga Alliance Australia. Classes will be catered for all levels of fitness with the intention of building strength in the body, focusing on the breath and learning the importance of body alignment. It is Tanya’s endeavour to nurture and guide her students; allowing them to explore their physical capabilities and open their mind and heart in the practice of Yoga.
